On the far eastern tip of Maui, about 10-20 minutes past the Seven Pools and 40-60 minutes past Hana town.

Information & History

Kaupo is located on the most Southern Shore of Maui. This side of the island is rugged and desolate. The little town of Kaupo looks up the slopes of Haleakala to many magnificent canyons and Kaupo Gap. The famous historic landmark Kaupo Store, takes you back to the relaxed times of old Hawaii. The store offers snacks, soft drinks, ice cream and an interesting collection of antiques.
