Molokini is one of ONLY two
crescent shaped calderas in the
entire world, thousands of years
old. It is a marine sanctuary
where you will experience a
beautiful coral reef system,
teeming with colorful tropical
fish and marine animals. A
partially submerged crater,
Molokini is sheltered by the
10,000 foot peak of Mt.
Haleakala and its neighbor
island Kahoolawe. Combined with
its remote offshore location,
the waters inside the crater are
calm and extremely clear, with
underwater visibility
consistently in excess of 150
feet. MOLOKINI is a premiere
destination for snorkeling,
SNUBA, and scuba diving, both
