arrange for your own Jeep
Wrangler on the island of Lana`i.
All of our vehicles are hard
top, automatic transmission, 4
wheel drive models. A map of the
island is provided with each
package so your all set for an
adventure in paradise! Rental
packages include round trip
water transportation aboard
Expeditions for one person;
harbor pick up and drop off on
Lana`i and vehicle rental in
selected category. Additional
charges on island include $4.00
per day Hawaii State Road Tax
and refueling of gas prior to

Your day starts when you board
Expeditions fast passenger ferry
to Lana`i from the main loading
pier at Lahaina Harbor. During
your 45 minute voyage across the
Auau channel you will enjoy open
ocean viewing of all the islands
in Maui County, including Maui,
Moloka`i, Kahoolawe, Molokini
and, of course, Lana`i.
You'll be met upon arrival at
Manele Harbor by one of the
guides and be oriented to the
lowland area, then your
adventure begins! The
experienced guide knows the
terrain, the flora and fauna,
the stories and legends - and
share them over the course of
the tour. All tour vehicles are
designed for your ultimate
safety and comfort, and the tour
can be as active or relaxing as
you like. Generally you'll
travel in a roomy, air
conditioned , 4 wheel drive
vehicle. You will experience a
unique ironwood forest, where
the wind is the only voice
you'll hear, on your way to the
`Gardens of the Gods` - a
stunning, natural red rock
formation in the crater that
often expires visions of a visit
to Mars.
Other highlights MAY include:
“Shipwreck Beach”, where the
breathtaking views of Moloka`i
are interrupted only by the
ship, towering just off shore,
which brought this beach it`s
name; & The ancient Petroglyphs.

The Challenge At Manele
This par 72 course is built on
several hundred acres of natural
lava, terraced on a hillside
overlooking Hawaii’s finest
white sand beach, Hulopo`e Bay.
A work of art designed by Jack
Nicklaus, the five-tee concept
challenges even the most
experienced golfers with precise
tee shots over natural gorges
and ravines. The par 3 Number 12
“signature hole” plays from a
150-foot cliff above the
crashing surf, requiring a 200
yard tee shot across the ocean.
Every hole guarantees golfers
stunning views of the deep blue
pacific where dolphins and
whales are often sited during
play.

The Experience At Koele
The Experience at Koele is one
of the most challenging courses
in Hawai`i, designed by the
“Great White Shark” himself,
Greg Norman. The dramatic
mountain course is set against a
backdrop of forested green hills
and steep valley gorges in
Lanai’s lush central
highlands. One of the features
that golfers find fascinating
about the course is the contrast
between the front and back nine
- the back being a mountain
course with the front nine
rolling through ravines wooded
with pine, koa and eucalyptus
trees. At “signature Hole”
Number 17, players must contend
with a 250 foot drop from tee to
fairway, and at the same time
adjust to the tradewinds that
often blow across the wooded
ravine.
