The Hawaiian Luau tradition is brought forward to the present as the Wailea Marriott Resort recreates this fun-filled family and social event. Wailea's finest luau is held on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM ocean front at the Wailea Marriott Resort. Guests receive mai tais and a shell lei greeting while awaiting the start of the Imu ceremony and the traditional unveiling of the Hawaiian Kalua Pig. A wide assortment of traditional favorites are included with the luau buffet menu which features kalua pig, lomilomi salmon, BBQ teriyaki and sauteed ono. Complimentary open bar. Hawaiian entertainment is provided by Paradyse & Ka Poe O Hawaii. The 50 minute Pacific Revue begins with an inspiring display of Kahiko or ancient hula. A spectacular fire dance spices the evening with an exciting grand finale.
