From Kahului, take Route 37 to Route
377 to Route 378. To reach the trail
head, make the first left above the
park entrance station, following the
signs to Hosmer's Grove campground.

This easy, perfect for families hike leads
through alien and native forests to an
overlook with pretty vistas into Keanae
Valley and Waikamoi Gulch. Interpretive
signs mark plants along the way. In the
native forest, many of the plants are
endemic to Hawaii and found nowhere else on
