selections using fresh local ingredients as they are
available on the Maui market, such as
Marble of Ahi with fennel and Roma tomato salad, with
mustard seed tamari vinaigrette.

Some people like late breakfast, while others like early
lunch, so Maui's Seawatch
offers its entire breakfast and lunch menu from 8:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m. everyday.
