Appetizers

 
Fried Calamari - 6.95
Seasoned and deep-fried. Served with dill tartar sauce and lemon.

Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta - 6.95
Grilled flat bread brushed with olive oil & garlic. Topped with roasted red peppers, eggplant, tomatoes bruschetta and Parmesan cheese. Served with balsamic vinaigrette and roasted red pepper couli.

Pig in a Pareo - 6.95
Hawaiian-style smoked pork, shiitake mushrooms, caramelized Maui onions, goat cheese Tatsoi leaves and cilantro in a flour tortilla. Served with a sweet honey mustard dressing, balsamic syrup and roasted pepper couli.

Opakapaka Patty Cakes - 7.95
Fresh island fish, crab, scallops and shrimp mixed into a flavorful seafood patty and grilled to perfection. Served with a port wine reduction and ginger scallion pesto.

Tomato Ceviche with Marinated Mozzarella Balls - 6.95
Sweet tomatoes & Maui onions tossed in a ceviche sauce. Served with fresh marinated mozzarella balls.

Sweet Maui onion, caramelized and stewed in a flavorful broth, topped with a seasoned crouton and a blend of melted Swiss and Parmesan cheeses.

A blend of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and shredded carrots served with our house specialty, sesame soy dressing.

Caesar Salad - 7.95
Fresh romaine lettuce, tossed with our creamy Caesar dressing, homemade croutons & Parmesan cheese.

Seared Ahi Salad - 9.95
Fresh ahi slices, marinated and seared atop a bed of tossed greens, sweet tomatoes, green beans, Kalamata olives, red onion, cucumber, roasted red pepper, and feta cheese in a balsamic herb vinaigrette.

Seasoned and slowly smoked with our our own tropical BBQ sauce & pineapple salsa and flame-grilled to perfection. A must if you love ribs!

Our most popular pan-seared steak.

Grilled Pork Chops - 18.95
A thick, center-cut pork chop marinated with a blend of garlic, lemongrass, cilantro, ginger & spices then fire-grilled. Served with pineapple papaya salsa.

Tenderloin Filet - 22.95
Grilled and served with a mushroom Madeira sauce, roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.

Rack of Lamb - 24.95
Coated with honey, Dijon mustard and fresh herbs. Enjoy with our papaya mint chutney and Asian demi glaze.

Jumbo shrimp, scallops, calamari, and fresh fish in a garlic cream sauce. Served with penne pasta.

Coconut Seafood Risotto - 21.95
Sauteed jumbo shrimp, scallops, calamari and fresh fish with shiitake mushrooms and peppers in a coconut cream sauce with basil.

Clam Linguini - 18.95 (with steamed Opakapaka 24.95)
Fresh clams sauteed with herbs, watercress, mitsuna leaves, carrots and shiitake mushrooms in a garlic butter broth.

Roasted Vegetarian - 18.95
Sweet roasted red peppers, red onions, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms and a roasted Moloka‘i sweet potato & tofu patty. Topped with green onion, ginger pesto, roasted red pepper sauce, balsamic dressing and basil-marinated tomatoes.

Before westernization, Hawaiians consumed less than 10% fat. We know now that meals high in fat are risk factors for diabetes, heart disease, obesity, gallbladder disease, cancer & arthritis. These conditions were non-existent in old Hawaii.

We are pleased to offer a complete healthy meal alternative, which models traditional Hawaiian Cuisine. Our recipes contain only traces of salt and are flavored with our Chef's unique blend of herbs and spices. The meal includes:

Fresh seasonal fruits in a whipped cream and Grand Marnier parfait with Maui's own Roselani Vanilla Bean ice cream.

Fresh pears poached in Zinfandel wine and lemongrass, served with Haupia ice cream and berries.

Ginger Creme Brulee - 4.95
Fresh ginger essence & custard crème with a crisp caramelized sugar crust.

Royal Pineapple Cheesecake - 4.95
A Pina Colada cheesecake with caramelized pineapple on a graham cracker, coconut and macadamia nut crust. Served in a pineapple and topped with meringue.

Roasted Banana Bread Pudding - 4.95
A homemade sweetbread pudding with roasted banana and chocolate. Served hot with vanilla ice cream, macadamia nuts, shredded coconut and Tequila sauce.

Made with limes grown in Napili, Maui. Served on a sweet & crispy graham cracker macadamia nut crust.
