At the 4-star Wailea
Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, you will

renovations completed, all guest rooms and

prestigious 2009 AAA Five Diamond Award in

Dining at the Wailea Beach Marriott just got
upgraded with renowned Chef Mark Ellman's
newest restaurant, the Mala Wailea. The
restaurant and lounge are backed by a
star-studded list of celebrities including
rocker Alice Cooper, who can sometimes be
found there on the weekends. Chef Ellman is
one of the original founders of Hawaii
Regional Cuisine, with its emphasis on
freshness and using local products. And the
new Mala Wailea brings all those things
together with exceptional cuisine. The
lounge is open from 5 to 10 pm and the
restaurant from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. With an
oceanfront setting and excellent cuisine,
the Mala Wailea is the place to dine.
Property amenities include the brand new
Mandara Spa, offering all sorts of treatment
and a state-of-the art Fitness Center. There
are five poolson the property including the
newly opened Maluhia Serenity Pool with
saline filtered water and ocean views for
guests 18 years and older. The Wailele pools
& slides are perfect for the children with
the Makani pools and hot tubs a perfect
place for fun in the sun. There is also the
three championship golf courses of Wailea
which are only about 1.5 miles away.

nonsmoking hotel, with no smoking allowed in
all rooms, lanais and public areas. To
accommodate guests who do smoke, the resort
has designated smoking areas at the Beach
walk and in front of the hotel near the bus
service area.
The Resort Activity Passport is $25 per day
plus tax, per room, paid directly to the
hotel. It includes: Unlimited local and US
Domestic (long distance) telephone calls;
complimentary self-parking; 10% discount at
Mandara Spa plus complimentary spa gift; 15%
discount on all jewelry purchases plus a
complimentary jewelry cleaning & silk pouch
at Grande's Gems; 15% discount on Laundry &
Dry Cleaning; Two Mai Tais per stay at Kumu
Bar & Grill only; two 500 ml bottles of
